❌ Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation of a service under the following conditions:
- Cancellation request must be submitted before the service has been processed or forwarded to the relevant authority
- Once a PAN or DSC application is submitted to NSDL, UTIITSL, or the DSC authority, cancellation is not possible
- Recharge orders cannot be cancelled once initiated with the operator
- Insurance policies cannot be cancelled once issued (subject to insurer's own policy)
✅ Conditions for Refund
A refund will be processed only if:
- The service was not delivered due to a technical error on our part
- Duplicate payment was made for the same order
- The recharge amount was debited but not credited to the destination number
- DSC token was not issued within the agreed timeline due to our fault
- The application was rejected by the authority due to incorrect data entered by our team
🔄 Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase:
- UPI / Bank Transfer — 3 to 7 working days
- Debit / Credit Card — 5 to 10 working days
- Net Banking — 3 to 7 working days
- Cash payments — Refunded in cash or via bank transfer
Processing timelines depend on your bank or payment provider and may vary.
🚫 Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refund will be issued in the following situations:
- Service fee / consultancy charge paid for processing
- Application rejected due to wrong information submitted by the customer
- Customer changed their mind after the service was initiated
- Recharge credited to a wrong number provided by the customer
- DSC token delivered but customer claims non-receipt without valid proof
- Insurance premium paid and policy already issued
- Delays caused by third-party authorities (NSDL, UTIITSL, banks, etc.)
⚖️ Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by:
- Sending a written complaint to our registered office address
- Contacting us via our website's support section
- Approaching the appropriate consumer forum in Odisha, India
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Odisha, India.
